Occupational Health Manager
Our leading in-house client in Cumbria is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager, to work on a full-time, permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.
The Role:
- Full-time, 3 days on site, 2 days remote
- 1 day per week Case Management
- 4 days strategic /management led work
- Ownership of the Occupational Health, & Wellbeing service
- Manage a clinical & non clinical OH team
- Maintain relationships with external providers
- Lead progress towards SEQOHS
Essential:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- OH Qualification
- OH Experience in a Senior / Lead position
The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
