Occupational Health Manager

Our leading in-house client in Cumbria is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager, to work on a full-time, permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

  • Full-time, 3 days on site, 2 days remote
  • 1 day per week Case Management
  • 4 days strategic /management led work
  • Ownership of the Occupational Health, & Wellbeing service
  • Manage a clinical & non clinical OH team
  • Maintain relationships with external providers
  • Lead progress towards SEQOHS

Essential:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
  • OH Qualification
  • OH Experience in a Senior / Lead position

The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
