Our client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to work on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Hybrid, 3 days on site and 2 days from home
  • Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
  • Supporting all aspects of the full OH remit
  • Support with recruitment and training needs
  • Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
  • Meeting the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH service
  • Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.

Essential:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • OH Degree/Diploma
  • Case management experience
  • Senior / Line management experience
