Our leading in-house client in Derby is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. The role is 5 days per week and permanent and has a competitive salary range between Β£58-Β£61k depending on experience.
Role:
- Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring.
- Leading on clinical advice on the requirements for health surveillance.
- Ensuring that occupational health policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
- Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns.
Essential:
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in Occupational Health
- Occupational Health Degree
- Experience managing an OH Team / in a Senior OH role
