Our client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to work on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
- Hybrid, 3 days on site and 2 days from home
- Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
- Supporting all aspects of the full OH remit
- Support with recruitment and training needs
- Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
- Meeting the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH service
- Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.
