gel Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join our in‑house client in Cumbria. This is a full‑time, permanent position with three days on site and two days remote work each week.

The successful candidate will lead the Occupational Health & Wellbeing service, manage a diverse team, and maintain partnerships with external providers.

Candidates need to be an NMC Registered Nurse with at least three years of post-registration experience.
