Our Client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full time 5 days per week with hybrid working: 3 days on site and 2 days remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.
The Job Role Includes:
- Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
- Supporting all aspects of OH remit
- Support with recruitment and training needs
- Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
- Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
- Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.
Experience / skills required:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- OH Degree/Diploma essential
- Case management experience essential
- Line management experience essential
