Our Client is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team in Northumberland.
The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with 2 days working onsite and 3 days remotely per week.
The Job Role Includes:
- Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers
- Managing case management referrals
- Conducting and signing off health surveillance work from Occupational health technician
- Providing workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing advice
- Supporting managers with advice around employee health and fitness for work
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high clinical standards
Experience / Skills Required:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Occupational Health experience
- Experience in case management
- Experience in health surveillance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider Occupational Health team
- A proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing
