Our leading client in Essex is offering a full-time, permanent role for an Occupational Health Nurse Team Leader. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and supportive team and will deliver an exceptional service to the client.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry and other screening questionnaires.
- Assist with recruitment activity and support the recruitment team.
- Manage the Occupational Health Nurse service, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Lead and develop the OH Nurse team where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
- Ideally some experience in a team leader or senior role.
- Full-time availability Monday – Friday.
