Our client is looking for an exceptional OH Manager / Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team of clinicians at one of their esteemed client sites.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision, management, and motivation of team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Your team will consist of Nurses with varying levels of expertise, ranging from newly appointed professionals to highly experienced Occupational Health Nurses (OHNs) and Occupational Health Advisers (OHAs).
This role is a home-based position, however travel UK wide will be required a few times a year to client sites.
Expenses will be covered.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday.
