Our Client based in Aberdeen is looking for an Occupational Health Manager to work in their friendly and supportive team. The role is Permanent, Full-Time, working in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the continued delivery of safe, high-quality and responsive Occupational Health services.
The Job Role Includes:
- Leading, supporting and developing the Occupational Health nursing team across multiple locations
- Overseeing the delivery of health surveillance
- Management referrals
- Promoting clinical governance, best practice and compliance with the NMC Code
- Supporting recruitment, induction, training and supervision
- Performance management and staff development
- Working closely with clients and senior management
- Supporting service development and quality improvement
Experience / Skills Required:
- Occupational Health experience
- Experience of supporting or leading a clinical team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Occupational Health qualification, such as SCPHN (Occupational Health) or relevant OH Diploma, desirable
