What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll work alongside Project and Contract Managers to support the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept through to delivery and handover. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Championing high standards of Health & Safety through site supervision, inspections, and best practices.
- Conducting site inspections and preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing materials, parts, and labour.
- Assisting Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Managing and obtaining permits to work.
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings.
