What You\’ll Be Doing: * Mastering CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models for fabrication. * Developing a keen eye for detail, ensuring drawings are accurate and ready for production. * Communicating effectively with your team and stakeholders to discuss design ideas and any necessary adjustments. * Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project needs and criteria. * Helping to develop practical solutions that meet technical challenges while upholding quality and safety standards. * Creating and refining design iterations using computer-aided design tools. * Learning to evaluate design solutions against industry regulations and client standards. * Contributing to the documentation of the design process and sharing progress updates. * Participating in team meetings to advance larger projects. * Producing accurate designs, material lists, and detailed drawings within agreed timelines and standards. * Staying curious and learning about the latest advancements in design techniques. What you\’ll bring to the team: * A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * A strong interest in design and a desire to develop your skills in creating detailed drawings. * Familiarity with CAD software (experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus!). * A logical approach to problem-solving and a keen analytical mind. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * A passion for precision and a strong attention to detail.
