The Role

As our Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

  • Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure.
  • Supporting the Project Manager with the coordination of day-to-day project activities.
  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing presentation materials and project reports.
  • Providing administrative support and undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Liaising with purchasing teams to arrange parts, materials and plant hire.
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting project procurement activities.
  • Ensuring projects comply with company processes, frameworks and contractual requirements.
  • Participating in internal and external audits.
  • What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team.

You’ll have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Ideally, you will have

  • Proven experience working within the engineering, construction or infrastructure industry, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations, but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to review and analyse material requirements and project costs.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • A positive, collaborative approach with excellent teamworking abilities.
