Are you a retail marketing specialist with exceptional organisation skills and planning abilities? Employed by Gekko, a leading field marketing company, you’ll have direct liaison with the client, their stakeholders and channel partners in the creation, approval and execution of all retail marketing activity for this global computing brand.
Your Package
- A salary of up to £70,000 per annum (DOE)
- 22 days holiday in addition to bank holidays + buy and sell holiday options

- 12 month contract (Monday - Friday working week, 37.5 hours)
- Hybrid working solution (split between Client Head Office in London 1-2 days per week, along with remote UK working)
Your Role
- Understand the key challenges of our retail partners, design strategies to solve those challenges with our clients' products.
- Collect the user/partner insights with robust analytical thinking and fact-based analyses.
- Be the key point of contact for your program for all internal Retail Marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive new retail program launches locally to increase sales, collaborating closely with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring the product/cross-product story to life with our retail partners.
- Design and execute programmes that excite the teams to promote our clients products.
- Determine the impact of retail initiatives through robust analysis and reporting.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in retail marketing, partner management, or consumer marketing.
- Understanding of program management along with reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and relationship‑building management (including external partners) on pivotal marketing programs and campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy and relationship management skills.
- Go‑to‑market experience in retail, along with the technology sector.
- Experience developing marketing strategy business plans and executing channel marketing plans.
- Strong creative judgement.
- Understanding of the UKI retail landscape, and experience working with various retail partners is advantageous.
Our ideal candidate will need to be based in the Southern region of the UK with transport links to Central London. This 12‑month contract offers predominantly remote work with 1‑2 days per week at the client London Head Office. The primary location is between the client London Head Office and remote UK working.
