As an Account Executive in our friendly Head Office team, you will report into the Account Director and be responsible for efficient completion of office activities, dedicated projects and office administration duties for your client and management team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills gained within an office environment, with a focus on building both team and client relationships.
Your Package- A salary of £25,350 plus company bonus

- Ensure all administrative duties are completed promptly on behalf of the client and the field team assisting the Account Director, National Sales Manager & General Manager administrative requests
- Support the management team with the timely production of reports
- Deliver high, professional levels of communication as the main office point of contact for your client and the dedicated field team
- Assist in all necessary planning activities and booking processes for team meetings, conferences and events ensuring all invoices/billing & payments and related documentation are correctly stored
- Coordinate courier/postal collections and deliveries for the office and dedicated field team ensuring that all costs/invoices/paperwork and products are tracked correctly via relevant systems
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and attention to detail for each task
- Proficiency in using Google Drive, competent in creating and updating spreadsheets databases
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good prioritisation along with an adaptable approach to meet every scenario and strict deadlines
