Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels within stores, from senior management and regional teams to Sales Advisors. The goal is to drive increased product knowledge, advocacy, and sales performance across a range of categories.
- Collaborate with retailers to identify requirements and execute solutions aimed at increasing sales and strengthening brand presence.
- Explore and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and brand experience for customers.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions for both individuals and groups.
Qualifications:
- Leadership ability gained at retail management level, in either technology, mobile or high-end retail.
- Ability to understand and enhance the sales journey through product training to individuals and diverse groups of retailers.
- Manages sales and targets using an analytical approach to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Proven ability to build and influence senior-level relationships to establish and implement clear, coherent go-to-market plans that support sales objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering the Nottinghamshire & surrounding region of the UK (ideal candidates would be based in Burton Upon Trent) with nationwide travel where required.
