About the Role

As an In-Store Specialist, you need to bring enthusiasm and the ability to give the customer a boutique white glove experience to sell to a diverse audience on a part-time basis, 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday). We will give you a commitment to work until the end of August 2026 with immediate start and give you a regular income whilst you study or treat this as a side hustle. You will be positioned in either one of the UK’s most well-known consumer electronics or mobile stores, representing your brand in-store to develop sales and grow market share for your brand to create rewarding connections. You will also be responsible for how your products are displayed on dedicated and generic fixtures around the store, making sure that they are clean and tidy and on display with the correct information. You make the customer journey an exceptional experience for all who walk into the store having either made a pre-booked appointment or as a spontaneous customer, to engage with you and your brand, addressing tech questions confidently to create rewarding connections for all.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and Sell Premium Products: Turn customers into fans by showcasing the latest in AI Fashion Eyewear and identifying the customers needs, budget and recommending the right device for them that meets their lifestyle.
  • Raise Brand Awareness: As the face of the brand, you will use your personality to create a white glove luxury experience with the customer at the centre of your interactions to create sales.
  • Merchandise & Training: Create buzz and excitement around your well-merchandised fixtures to engage retail staff and consumers alike. Your confidence in technology will enable you to troubleshoot and show others how to also.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with store staff and enhance their product knowledge so that when you are not there, they can still sell competently and confidently.
