Gekko has an exciting opportunity as a Territory Sales Manager for one of our global clients! We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven individual to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our global client. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, knowledge and advocacy across your given region.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels within stores, from senior management and regional teams to Sales Advisors. The goal is to drive increased product knowledge, advocacy, and sales performance across a range of categories.
- Collaborate with retailers to identify requirements and execute solutions aimed at increasing sales and strengthening brand presence.
- Explore and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and brand experience for customers.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions for both individuals and groups; leadership ability gained at retail management level, in either technology, mobile or high-end retail.
- Ability to understand and enhance the sales journey through product training to individuals and diverse groups of retailers.
- Manage sales and targets using an analytical approach to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Proven ability to build and influence senior-level relationships to establish and implement clear, coherent go-to-market plans that support sales objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
A salary of £31,000 per annum, plus 12% performance bonus. Company car or car allowance. Full time, 12 month contract (Tuesday - Saturday). 22 days holiday in addition to bank holidays + buy and sell holiday options. Support through our employee assistance scheme and access to a Perkbox subscription. This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering the Lincolnshire & surrounding region of the UK (ideal candidates would be based in Lincoln) with nationwide travel where required.
