Strategic Hotel Account Manager – Northern & Central Europe
Location: remote, either in the UK, Netherlands or in Germany
Thanks to its unique model, Gekko, a subsidiary of the Accor group, is now a key player in B2B hotel reservations in the leisure and corporate segments through its various subsidiaries, including Hcorpo, Teldar Travel, Infinite, Miles Attack, and Gekko Tech.
About the role:
Reporting to the Supply Director, you will work closely with the Gekko Supply Team and our brands (Infinite, Teldar Travel, Hcorpo). The Supply department’s mission is to contract with hotel partners to support our brands’ needs, managing both leisure B2B clients (bedbanks, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs) and corporate B2B clients (small, medium, and key accounts).
Your mission:
- Acquire and manage new strategic hotel partners across Europe (Northern & Central: especially UK/Ireland, BeNeLux, DACH).
- Negotiate exclusive offers, rates, and conditions for leisure and corporate clients.
- Drive portfolio revenue growth and monitor KPIs.
- Optimize hotel competitiveness through benchmarking and market analysis.
- Collaborate with Hotel Support, Loading, IT, and commercial teams to ensure contracts are executed flawlessly.
- Represent Gekko at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in hotel contracting (acquisition/negotiation) and strategic account management in similar markets.
- Strong negotiation, market analysis, and commercial skills.
- Autonomous, persistent, organized, and a team player.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German) is a plus.
- Regular travel across your assigned regions and to Paris.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM/benchmarking tools.
