Grosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team in Tamworth, NSW – this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.
Description Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clients
- Leading a team of Dry Technicians
- Providing technical advice regarding dry fire
- Working closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers with Fire reactive and planned works
- Support the team with leadership and technical assistance
- Capitalize on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishments
- Communicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflow
Skills And Experiences Selection Criteria:
- A strong technical background, and experience within the Fire Services Industry
- Proven background and experience in Fire Service dry fire
- Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality
- Experience with quoting, reporting and team management
