Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with flexibility to suit the needs of the business (plus on-call expectations).

You will be leading and supporting your team in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met. As a Registered Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting Prestige Nursing & Care and ensuring that all business targets are met with full compliance in line with quality and legislative standards.
  • Achieving full branch compliance.
  • Meeting Business KPI’s.
  • Being CQC registered for the branch.
  • Assessing branch performance against weekly and monthly targets.
  • Achieving and maintaining Registered Manager status.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO and all legislative requirements.
  • Managing all branch level complaints.
  • Managing a team of Field Care Supervisors.
  • Providing reports to Regional Managers/Head Office as and when required.
  • Identifying training and development needs for all branch staff.
  • Key account management.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Branch Manager in a domiciliary care/home care setting or care/nursing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance within children and adult social care.
  • Experience working in a CQC-regulated service.
  • Proven ability to manage care staff, systems, and service quality.
  • A proactive response to building key internal and external relationships.
  • An eye for detail and knowledge of current care sector conditions and trends.
