Geely is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support its operations in the UK and Ireland. The HRBP will manage generalist HR guidance, champion high performance, and assist with the development of commercially focused people solutions. Key responsibilities include recruitment, workforce planning, and providing HR support across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, a Level 5 CIPD qualification, and strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law. This position offers 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
