Programme Purpose
Build a strategic talent pipeline aligned to business growth. Create structured early-career pathways across priority functions. Strengthen readiness for future products, projects and market expansion. Enable effective collaboration across global sites, supporting knowledge sharing and organisational alignment. Support long-term capability build and workforce stability.

Roles Available
We are recruiting the following early‑career roles:

  • Commercial Graduate
  • Legal Apprentice (Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship, partnership with BPP)
  • Finance Apprentice (Level 7 Accountancy Apprenticeship, partnership with BPP)
  • HR Graduate
  • Design Graduate

Duration: 2 years with structured rotations and development. (The Legal and Finance apprentices/graduates follow a 3‑year scheme.) Common foundation: an initial six‑month business rotation to build commercial and operational understanding.

Programme Structure and Rotations

  • Commercial: Sales operations, dealer network development, aftersales and marketing.
  • Engineering Project: Project delivery, engineering principles, cross‑functional coordination and problem‑solving.
  • Homologation (Product Certification): Type approval, regulatory compliance, NPI support.
  • Design Graduate: Studio design exposure – concept development, design research, visual storytelling and design communication outputs.
  • Design Programme Management: Supporting studio programme delivery and day‑to‑day coordination (planning, stakeholder coordination, tracking delivery across design activities).
  • IT: Systems support, data, digital tools and business applications.
  • HR: Talent, employee relations support, reward/benefits and organisational development.
  • Legal: Contracts & legal operations, automotive commercial contracting, compliance and governance.
  • Finance: Commercial finance, FP&A, treasury and cost control in an automotive context.

Requirements
2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant major/subject aligned to your chosen stream. Commercially ambitious and results‑oriented, energised by pace, growth and new opportunities. Curious and quick to learn, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and seek feedback. Proactive and accountable, taking ownership through to delivery and following through on commitments. Collaborative and relationship‑focused, able to work effectively across teams, cultures and stakeholders. Analytical with strong attention to detail, applying structured thinking to solve problems and improve outcomes. Resilient and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure and respond positively to change. Mandarin language desirable for Design Programme Management, Engineering Project, Homologation and IT Graduate roles.
