The Dealer Campaigns & Bonus Payment Manager is responsible for managing, validating, reconciling, and coordinating dealer incentive and campaign payments across the dealer network.
The role ensures all dealer payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, while maintaining full compliance with campaign rules and internal financial controls.
This position acts as a key link between Sales Operations and Finance to ensure dealer claims and bonus payments are fully supported by accurate documentation and clear reconciliation processes.
In addition, the position is responsible for working with the fleet team to help evaluate the financial impact of proposed fleet deals and to evaluate the viability of Rental buy‑back business.
Responsibilities
- Dealer Campaign & Incentive Management
- Manage end‑to‑end dealer campaign and bonus payment processes across the dealer network.
- Review campaign structures, incentive rules, and payment criteria to ensure full understanding before payment processing.
- Validate dealer eligibility and campaign performance against agreed targets and programme requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance data and identify discrepancies or anomalies requiring investigation.
- Payment Reconciliation & Validation
- Reconcile dealer claims, bonuses, rebates, and incentive payments with sales data and campaign reporting.
- Ensure all payment calculations are accurate, fully auditable, and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, dealer queries, and reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all dealer payment activity and supporting evidence.
- Finance & Payment Coordination
- Prepare and submit complete payment files and supporting documentation to the Finance department for processing.
- Ensure all payments are processed within agreed deadlines and in accordance with internal controls and approval processes.
- Work closely with Finance to support month‑end reconciliation and reporting activities.
- Assist with audit requests and provide documentation as required.
- Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Continuously improve payment processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
- Support the development of reporting tools, trackers, and reconciliation methods.
- Identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies within campaign payment processes and recommend improvements.
- Help establish and maintain clear process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience within OEM, automotive distributor, dealer operations, finance operations, or incentive programme administration.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of dealer incentive programmes, bonus structures, or campaign administration.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with financial controls, payment processing, and audit requirements.
