We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead to support a critical engagement involving Oracle EBS upgrade, migration, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional configuration expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a solid background in documentation and delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with SCM business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
- Lead and support functional setup, configuration, and end-to-end delivery across Oracle EBS R12 environments (preferably 12.2.7 or higher).
- Manage delivery workstreams across: Data, Configuration, CEMLIs (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Interfaces).
- Play a key role in Oracle EBS upgrade and migration initiatives.
- Prepare, maintain, and govern BR.100 functional documentation and related project artifacts.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery.
- Support testing cycles, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployments.
- Engage directly with SCM business users, SCM SMEs, and business stakeholders—not limited to technical teams.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced delivery environments.

Technical & Documentation Skills

- Extensive experience authoring and maintaining BR.100 documentation.
- Ability to support, review, and validate CEMLI components.
Soft Skills & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-paced delivery environments.
