The role
This role sits at the heart of our 2026 marketing strategy. You will own our long-form and strategic content output, helping us strengthen GEEIQ's industry authority while supporting Sales, Product and PR initiatives. You’ll work across the business to turn data, product developments and market trends into compelling content for senior brand marketers. Alongside this, you’ll play a light supporting role in social by adapting your content into social-ready formats and contributing to our channel output.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our long-form content, including quarterly reports and data-led industry narratives.
- Create micro-reports, blogs and short-form content that turn product updates and market trends into clear stories for senior brand marketers.
- Own the company newsletter, shaping cadence, structure and ongoing optimisation.
- Support light comms needs, including drafting statements, thought leadership and content for PR partners.
- Adapt content for distribution, including preparing copy for campaigns and social channels (not full social ownership).
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing Ops and Insights to align content with launches, GTM activity and audience needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong B2B content marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to produce long-form content such as reports, whitepapers or in-depth editorial.
- Excellent writing skills across formats, with an ability to turn data and product updates into clear, compelling narratives.
- Confidence working with senior marketing audiences and adapting content to their needs.
- Able to manage multiple content streams, prioritise effectively and work autonomously in a fast-paced team.
- Comfortable using CRM/email tools (e.g. HubSpot) and applying basic SEO principles.
- Proactive in using AI tools to speed up research, ideation and content production.

- Basic design ability for formatting and simple visuals.
- Experience drafting executive commentary or thought leadership.
- Familiarity with PR fundamentals.
- Interest in gaming, virtual worlds or digital marketing trends.
- Understanding of product and customer marketing principles.
