The Role
As our Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating all visual content across gee. Working from creative briefs, you’ll independently produce premium photography, video and digital assets for our website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising and campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can take a creative brief and independently produce exceptional content from start to finish, maintaining the highest standards across every stage of the process. You’ll take ownership of the content production process, consistently delivering work to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities
- Photography
- Photograph products, models and campaigns using a professional camera or phone.
- Prepare and style hair extensions to ensure they look flawless on camera.
- Produce imagery for ecommerce, social media, email marketing, blogs and paid advertising.
- Maintain consistent lighting, colour and composition across all photography.
- Videography
- Film content using both professional camera equipment and phone.
- Capture tutorials, transformations, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content and campaign footage.
- Shoot with the final edit in mind, ensuring every project has the right coverage.
- Editing
- Edit photography using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Edit short-form video using Final Cut Pro.
- Retouch hair naturally whilst maintaining texture, movement and realism.
- Colour grade photography and video to create a clean, consistent luxury finish.
- Content Production
- Take ownership of creative briefs from shoot through to final delivery.
- Organise and maintain content libraries and project files.
- Deliver content accurately, on time and ready for use across all marketing channels.
About You
You’re someone who genuinely cares about creating exceptional content. You have a strong creative eye, instinctively notice the details others miss and take pride in producing work to an exceptionally high standard. You’re proactive, organised and enjoy taking ownership of your work. You’re always looking for ways to improve, refine your craft and grow alongside the brand.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum three years' experience creating content for a premium beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating professional photography, videography and editing.
- Own professional camera and equipment.
- Advanced skills in Lightroom, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent understanding of studio lighting and product photography.
- Strong understanding of working with hair, including preparation, styling, movement, texture and colour accuracy.
- Exceptional hair retouching skills with a natural, luxury finish.
- Confident creating both professional camera content and iPhone-first content.
- Strong understanding of what performs across social media whilst maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
