The Opportunity
gee is looking for a Brand Copy & Content Lead – someone who lives and breathes luxury storytelling and can translate visuals, transformation and customer emotion into words that sell. You will lead the copy across gee:
- Social scripts and captions
- Product + website messaging
- Blogs and educational content
- Email storytelling and retention messaging
This is not a junior content role. It’s a brand voice leadership role, where your copy directly shapes how women experience a premium British brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our Founder, championing a consistent, elevated voice that builds desire and drives conversion. gee is a premium hair extension brand trusted by iconic women including Anne Hathaway, Rebel Wilson, and Eva Longoria. This year, we’ve won multiple hair industry awards, including a Marie Claire Hair Award. Everything we do is to help women feel the most confident version of themselves. We’re still a growing brand, so everyone here is hands-on. If you’re looking for big teams, layers of sign-off, or a 'just write the words' environment, this won’t be the right fit. What You’ll Do
- Lead the brand tone of voice across every touchpoint
- Write captivating captions, scripts and copy to support studio content
- Create compelling product pages and landing page messaging
- Craft campaign storylines that elevate brand desire
- Write email campaigns from narrative-led structures
- Produce editorial blogs that inform and inspire
- Bring customer testimonials and transformations to life
What You’ll Need
- 3–7 years in beauty, fashion, or wellness – DTC essential
- Demonstrable ability to sell through storytelling
- Strong examples of work across social, campaigns, email & web
- An intuitive grasp of visual-first creative and content pace
- A sharp eye for luxury tone and high-standard execution
- Self-led ownership and an obsession with the details
