The Role: GBS is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple online advertising platforms. The role is responsible for driving high-quality student lead generation and maximising campaign performance through data-driven paid media strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting student recruitment objectives by delivering targeted, conversion-focused campaigns aligned with organisational growth goals. This position requires a highly hands-on individual with strong technical expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple paid media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, customer acquisition funnels, and paid media optimisation techniques, combined with the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, recruitment, and creative teams.
What the Role Involves:
- Paid Media & Digital Campaign Management: Lead, manage, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high-quality leads and maximise ROI.
- Paid Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement the overarching paid media strategy aligned with organisational brand positioning and student recruitment objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI, cost-efficiency, and overall campaign performance.
- Audience Targeting: Design and execute precise targeting strategies to reach mid-career professionals and senior-level decision-makers across relevant industries.
- Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Tracking & Attribution Management: Implement and manage campaign tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation using tools such as CRM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta business manager.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
About You:
- Paid Media Expertise: 3–5+ years of experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Strategic & Performance Focus: Proven ability to lead paid marketing initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes such as improved ROI, CPL, and conversions.
- Audience Targeting Experience: Experience targeting professional audiences, ideally within education, training, or industry-specific sectors.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and Power BI.
- Communication & Copywriting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
