About the Role:
Your work in the Academic Quality department plays a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the academic experience across GBS. As an Academic Quality Officer, you will support the Academic Standards and Quality Office in ensuring that GBS, and its awarding partners uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, compliance, and quality assurance.
You’ll help implement and monitor quality systems and policies across our programmes, produce high-quality reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in shaping the academic journey of thousands of students across the UK and beyond.

- Ensure consistent application of partner and GBS quality policies.
- Produce high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
- Drive enhancements through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven reports, analysing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Excellent written communication skills and experience in professional report writing.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel between GBS campuses when required.
