GBS in Leeds is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to ensure that students and staff can work without interruption by maintaining and troubleshooting IT services on campus. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of technology needs to keep operations smooth and secure.
You will provide high quality, face-to-face IT services, set up and configure PC/laptop equipment, and support Audio Visual and IT equipment while following ITIL practices and security standards.
