The GEDU Executive Leadership Programme is a selective rotational leadership pathway designed to develop future enterprise leaders within a fast-growing global education organization. It allows exceptional individuals to both gain a good understanding of the workings of GEDU and demonstrate their suitability for a senior role within the organization. The programme is designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs and interests of the individual. Participants will work in several departments, delivering key projects as agreed by the executive sponsor/mentor in that department.
Role And Responsibilities
- Work with, and possibly lead, departmental and interdepartmental teams.
- Translating strategy into action through complex, cross-regional projects & outcomes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, operational improvement and scalability initiatives.
- Analyze organizational systems, processes, challenges, and contribute to solution development.
- Establish and strengthen networks and relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data, present findings, recommendations, and project updates where required.

- The ability to determine goals and priorities and to assess the actions, time and resources needed to achieve those goals.
