We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead the end-to-end HR lifecycle across multiple UK entities and support a globally expanding education brand. This is a true generalist + business partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and the Global Head of HR.
What You’ll Lead
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders across UK and international teams
- Manage employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence) with confidence
- Ensure HR policy, compliance, and employment law alignment across regions
- Lead Talent Acquisition across brands and geographies, ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations
- Support performance management, compensation, and organizational change initiatives
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive culture
- Deliver accurate HR data, reporting, and insights
What You Bring
- Proven HR generalist experience with strong UK employment law knowledge
- Confidence managing complex ER cases and senior stakeholders
- Experience in multi-country / multi-brand environments (preferred)
- Agile, proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent)
