GEDU Global Education in Greater London is seeking an experienced Governance Manager to lead the professional delivery of corporate and academic governance across Gedu, supporting the Board of Directors and executive boards with high-quality secretariat services and timely reports.

You will partner with the Head of Governance, manage the governance calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with senior staff and external peers.
