REPORTS TO TITLE: GEDU Global Head of HR
ROLE PURPOSE
Develop the established foundations to enable the GEDU HR division to become a data driven function.
Drive the development of data to support management decisions, identify areas of focus and provide the Board with essential HR metrics to monitor the business.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the established foundations to continue to build a HR analytics discipline for the GEDU Group.
- Leverage appropriate tools to analyse data generated in the new global HRIS system to identify areas of focus & track the impact actions have.
- Support HR teams in building/maintaining dashboards to monitor key indicators.
- Identify gaps in current available data sets (in HRIS & offline).
Implement action plan to remediate.
Monitor ongoing reporting quality and work with local teams to enforce standards.
- Manage regular reporting cycles on Headcount (monthly), recruitment (weekly) and Board reporting (bi monthly)
- Leverage Power BI, AI and other tools to maximise the insights gained from any data/analysis.
- Provide analytical & process support in the performance review/compensation/ bonus review process.
- Provide excel/analytical support in HR matters where requiredand where opportunity presents itself.
- Leverage data to drive ad hoc insights as requested by Senior Management& other key stakeholders.
- Support stakeholders in understanding & interpreting the analysis to develop insights & action plans.
- Fold new & acquired businesses into the reporting process as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Exceptional Data analysis skills
- Strong experience inestablishing a HR analytics discipline in an immature landscape.
- Good experience in producing accurate & reliable data from inconsistent sources.
- Demonstrable experience in explaining Data & insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing international data & implementing a common lexicon which all parties understand.
- Substantial experience of using Power BI & other tools to develop insights.
- Experience in analysing thousands of lines of data to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and presenting them to the business to drive action plans.
