Our client is a well-established consultancy with three decades of continuous operation, specialising in Quantity Surveying and Project Management services delivered exclusively to private clients. Their longevity in the market is a reflection of the trust they have built with a discerning client base â relationships forged on precision, discretion and consistent excellence.
What sets this practice apart is their refusal to adopt a oneâsizeâfitsâall approach. Rather than applying generic processes across a broad client base, they work closely with each client to tailor every aspect of their service â from procurement strategy and contract selection to the way the team communicates and reports. The result is a consultancy that feels genuinely bespoke at every level.
Despite their focused, boutique positioning, the firm operates with the rigour and depth of knowledge you would expect from a much larger organisation. Their professionals bring expertise across a wide range of contracts and procurement routes, and are known for their inventive, solutionsâdriven approach to challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
The practice continues to grow, driven by a strong repeat client base and an expanding pipeline of new instructions. This is a business at a compelling point in its evolution â investing in senior talent and creating genuine opportunities for ambitious professionals to take on meaningful responsibility and shape the direction of the team.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTSYou will be joining a collaborative and closeâknit team of Project Managers working across a portfolio of highâend residential schemes in Central London. The scope of involvement is broad and meaningful, offering the kind of exposure that accelerates professional development and builds genuine expertise across both technical and commercial disciplines.
The client relationships you will manage are longâstanding and often highly personal in nature. Clients in this space expect a trusted advisor â someone who communicates clearly, anticipates problems, and consistently delivers an exceptional experience alongside a successful project outcome.
