They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with circa 6+ years’ experience to join their UK healthcare cost management team. The role sits within a well-established regional business and reports to an Associate Director or Director, with direct responsibility for managing key client commissions. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead cost management services across multiple healthcare projects, acting as a trusted commercial advisor to clients while supporting governance, risk management and value outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
This role will suit a technically strong, client-facing quantity surveyor who enjoys working in complex environments, is comfortable taking responsibility, and is motivated by progressing toward Associate Director level within a global consultancy platform.
