What They Are Looking For
They are seeking a Commercial Manager with a strong M&E background to join their London-based team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. The role will take full commercial responsibility for two to three live projects concurrently, supported by one to two Assistant Quantity Surveyors. The Commercial Manager will lead commercial strategy across their projects, ensuring cost control, risk management and profitability while maintaining close alignment with operational and technical teams.
