Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator (Fit-Out) to join their pre-construction team in London. This role sits within the commercial function and works closely with senior leadership, project directors, and delivery teams to shape winning tenders and commercially sound project strategies.

Responsibilities- Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Managing the full tender process from initial enquiry through to final submission
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and scope documentation
- Developing accurate build-ups, pricing schedules, and cost plans
- Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
- Identifying and assessing commercial and contractual risks
- Leading value engineering and alternative proposal exercises
- Supporting bid strategy meetings and senior tender reviews
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-award
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial fit-out or interiors sector
- Background working on medium to large-scale refurbishment or interior projects
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently under tight deadlines
- Relevant qualification in construction, commercial management, or similar (preferred)
