We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Commercial Analyst to join their dynamic portfolio management teams. This is a crucial role focused on maximizing the commercial performance and long-term value of high-profile property assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth commercial analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations to inform key investment and asset management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis of property assets within the London portfolio, including financial performance, lease terms, market trends, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess asset value.
- Provide strategic commercial advice and recommendations to portfolio managers and senior leadership on asset management strategies, leasing initiatives, and development opportunities.
