GEDON Executive is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Electrical Estimating Manager to join a leading firm in London, specializing in the dynamic Power, Transmission, and Renewables sector. This is a pivotal role for an individual with proven expertise in High Voltage (HV) systems and substations, offering the chance to shape the commercial success of critical energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
As Electrical Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire electrical estimating function, ensuring the accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability of all bids within this specialist sector. Key Responsibilities- Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop the electrical estimating team, fostering their growth and expertise in complex energy projects.
- Strategic Bid Management: Develop and implement winning commercial strategies for bids, specifically for power, transmission, and renewables projects.
- Estimate Production: Oversee the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for HV systems, substations, grid connections, and renewable energy infrastructure.
