GEDON Executive is seeking a passionate and skilled Carbon Cost Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to embedding sustainability at the heart of the built environment. As a Carbon Cost Manager specialising in Building Lifecycle Analysis (LCA), you will be instrumental in quantifying and mitigating the environmental impact of buildings throughout their entire lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Building Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) in accordance with relevant standards and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for reducing the embodied and operational carbon of building projects.
  • Analyse material choices, construction processes, and energy performance to identify carbon hotspots and optimisation opportunities.
  • Utilise and potentially contribute to the development of carbon calculation tools and software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors to integrate sustainable design and construction practices.
