Overview Our client, a globally respected Tier 1 International Consultancy, is seeking a Commercial Director to establish and lead a new commercial management division within the business.
This role focuses on social infrastructure, high-end residential, B2R, luxury hotels, and mixed-use schemes, with the opportunity to build a division from the ground up, backed by the reputation and global platform of a leading consultancy brand.
This role is aimed at an ambitious commercial leader who combines deep sector expertise, long-standing client relationships, and entrepreneurial drive.
