They offer a fully integrated service from in-house design through to final installation and project completion, with strong internal capability across BIM and CAD. With a strong order book and a consistent pipeline of high-value projects secured with leading end users, the business continues to grow steadily and is investing in its pre-construction and estimating capability. Estimators are treated as integral to the success of the business and given the autonomy, support and exposure to grow into wider commercial leadership roles over time.

The work is fast-paced, varied and intellectually engaging, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, value engineering and building robust commercial submissions.

Project values typically range from around £1m up to £10m+, with many delivered within live, occupied or technically challenging environments. This offers strong technical exposure and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of high-spec commercial electrical installations from concept through to handover.
The estimating function works closely with the in-house design, project delivery and commercial teams, creating a genuinely collaborative environment where good ideas are listened to and your input has visible impact on the work the business wins and delivers.
