We are looking for a Care Assistant for days that will ensure continuity of care to residents by promoting and delivering high standards of care, individually and safely, demonstrating and instructing less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care team.
It is essential that you hold or are willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). It is equally important that you can demonstrate the right skills and compassion for working in a Residential Care setting that specialises in dementia.
