Overview
The successful candidate will work 18.25 hours per week as follows:
- Wednesday – 08:00 - 14:45 (30 minutes break)
- Thursday – 08:00 - 14:30 (30 minutes break)
- Friday – 08:00 - 14:30 (30 minutes break)

Responsibilities
- Our Receptionists play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the leisure centre. They are responsible for all front of house duties including taking bookings and signing members into the building, as well as selling DNA Fitness Memberships and enrolling learners onto our Swim Scheme.
- Reception team also work behind the scenes to prospect potential new members, deal with enquiries and centre administration.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a good level of customer service, have experience in dealing with members of the public and be confident in using Leisure related IT software.
