We are looking for an Environmental Projects Implementation Officer to deliver key projects across Environmental Services (Operations), improving day-to-day services for residents and supporting a cleaner, greener borough. In this role, you will plan, coordinate and deliver projects that strengthen legislative compliance, drive service improvement, reduce waste and increase recycling performance. You will work closely with operational teams as well as external partners and local communities to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and with measurable outcomes.
About you
- Experience delivering or supporting projects, ideally within a public‑sector or operational environment.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Knowledge of environmental services and health & safety requirements (desirable).
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) and a full UK driving licence.
