Gedling Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated CCTV operator to join our control room team. You will monitor live feeds, assist in deterring crime and disorder, and support our wider community safety objectives across the Gedling area.
The role requires excellent observational and communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and the capacity to work shifts (6–10 hours) up to 37 hours per week, including days, evenings and some weekends.
