We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Front of House / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Kegworth Office. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, provide excellent customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Your Role
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
- Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain office supplies and order stock when required
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role

Your Skills & Experience
- Previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Good time management and attention to detail
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths preferred
