GEDA’s award-winning teams are based out of offices in Tyrone (NI) and the East Midlands (ENG), delivering key residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects. GEDA is well known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects in the construction and civil engineering industry. This is a temporary position based at our Kegworth office.
We focus on engaging with local communities, minimising our environmental footprint and put a strong emphasis on health, safety and well-being in delivering our projects for clients.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Front of House / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Kegworth Office. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, provide excellent customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
YOUR ROLE
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
- Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain office supplies and order stock when required
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good time management and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths preferred
- Additional customer service or administration qualifications are advantageous
